I like these boots. One of the eyelets was missing, but I didn't think it was worth sending them back. While they fit, I think the length is slightly long compared to where the arch hits, but one size smaller would have been too small. I have medium/wide feet and after one wear they felt comfortable and not too tight. They aren't very cushioned on the inside, but I still find them comfortable to wear all day. I always wore full on combat boots in the 90s, so clearly I'm not a "young" woman. I always loved the look, but in my 40s wanted something toned down. I think these were a good choice. I recommend trying them.
